Welcome to BBAA Baseball !!!

 

Little league baseball is a very good thing because it keeps the parents off the streets.

Our Mission

To provide instructional, non-competitive and competitive baseball for the youth of our community. Our goal is to achieve and instill proper ethics, sportsmanship and skill development within a team environment.

 The Program

Youth baseball is open to all children from ages 5 to 14 (not in high school). Youth fast pitch softball is open to all girls from ages 8 to 17.

Fields

There are various fields used by the program. They include, but are not limited to: DiOrio Field, Sunset Park, Veterans Park, Sunrise Park, and the Redmond Recreational Complex. The Park District or the Village maintains these fields respectively. 

Funds

BBAA Baseball is a non-profit organization that relies on registration fees, sponsors, and aggressive fundraising to support the financial needs of the program. WE ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE BENSENVILLE PARK DISTRICT OR THE VILLAGE OF BENSENVILLE.

Equipment

 Equipment is provided by the organization. (Players must have their own mitt and athletic supporter) All equipment is checked at the end of the year and replaced as needed.

 Uniforms

Uniforms are provided by the league and include a hat, shirt, pants, and socks. The player can keep the entire uniform.

Governing Body

BBAA Baseball consists of a President, Vice President, and Commissioner. They are responsible for providing rules and regulations for the program. They are responsible to report to the BBAA the condition of the league during monthly meetings.

Managers and Coaches

The Baseball Board selects Managers and coaches. They must also be certified to NYSCA standards.
